ADAPT takes your privacy very seriously and will never sell any of your information to third parties. Whether it is the client data that you input using our applications or any requested contact information, ADAPT is committed to protecting your information.

• We collect information for purposes of producing the various legal documents you chose to produce using your ADAPT subscription. In addition, we collect your phone number for the purpose of account verification and security. When you register or log in to your account, we may send you a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS to confirm your identity. Messaging and data rates may apply.
• All requested contact information is strictly for internal use. Phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are only shared with our SMS provider for the purpose of sending authentication codes.
Message Frequency
• Message frequency varies based on account registration, login attempts, and identity-verification activity. ADAPT sends authentication messages only when needed for account verification and security.
Data Security
• All client and personal information you enter into our site, including your phone number, is transmitted securely using SSL encryption and stored with industry-standard security measures.
Data Retention
• We retain your data including your phone number so long as you are an active subscriber to our solutions as this data may be needed to not only produce documents but also to provide account access and security. Opt-In
• To create an ADAPT account, we require you to Opt-In to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS to confirm your identity. Entering your phone number and continuing your account registration constitutes your consent to receive SMS messages for identity validation and multi-factor authentication. Messaging and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
• You may opt out of SMS authentication messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@adaptdocs.com. Opting out of SMS authentication may affect your ability to access account features that require SMS verification.
